WMPN provides generalized substance abuse prevention services ("core services") to all counties in Regions 10 and 11. For examples of these core services see our "Programs" and "Trainings" pages.

WMPN also provides more tailored services to counties known as "priority counties." Priority counties are selected by the Region 10 Regional Epidemiological Outcomes Workgroup and by the Region 11 Regional Epidemiological Outcomes Workgroup (REOW). The REOW make their selections based on a number of factors including the severity of county's substance abuse problems; the number of people affected by the problems; and the ability of the community to reduce or eliminate the problems.
